Business Infrastructure
Business email and Google Workspace
Netizen Studio sets up business email on a company’s own domain, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 configuration, mailboxes, aliases, shared inboxes, migration, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
What is included
Workspace set up correctly
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 provisioned, users created, and billing under your account rather than ours.
Aliases and shared inboxes
hello@, billing@, careers@, routed to the people who should actually see them, without paying for a seat per address.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured so your mail reaches inboxes instead of spam folders, and so nobody can spoof your domain.
Migration
Existing mail, contacts, and calendars moved across, with the old address forwarding during the changeover.
What you end up with
Every team member on name@yourdomain
Authentication records passing on day one
Signatures consistent across the team
No lost mail during the switch
Can Netizen Studio set up business email?
Yes. We configure professional email on your own domain using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, including mailboxes, aliases, shared inboxes, migration from an existing provider, and the DNS records that keep your mail out of spam.
Do we have to use Google Workspace?
No. Microsoft 365 and a handful of lighter providers work well too. The right answer usually depends on what your team already uses day to day.
